3. What are your shipping timelines?
Processing time: 2–3 business days. Delivery time: 7–14 business days after shipping. All Eleciela pieces are handcrafted in our partner workshops in Southeast Asia before being shipped to our fulfillment center for final delivery to you.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number within 1–2 business days. You can use this number to track your shipment via the courier’s website or our order tracking page.
5. What should I do if I receive the wrong item or my jewelry arrives damaged?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Custom, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for return. We provide prepaid return labels for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
