Refund policy

You may return your Eleciela item within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Custom or personalized items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact support@eleciela.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to download and print. Return shipping costs are covered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Note: Our return policy applies only to products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for incorrect, damaged, or not-as-described items, as well as for size or color changes (excluding sale and custom items). Please contact us to request a prepaid return label. After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll send out the replacement.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your returned item. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial refunds may apply for items that are used or not returned in their original condition.
