Processing time: 2–3 business days. Delivery time: 7–14 business days after shipping. All Eleciela pieces are handcrafted in our partner workshops in Southeast Asia before being shipped to our fulfillment center for final delivery to you.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number within 1–2 business days. You can use this number to track your shipment via the courier’s website or our order tracking page.
